In-store pick-up and contactless parking lot pick up at our Orchard Park, NY store is available. Please call 716-662-2800 upon arrival to have your order brought out to your car.

If you select this method, we will notify you in 1-3 business days by email when your order is available for pick-up. Please note that if you are not happy with your purchase, all returns & exchanges must be processed through the web (see our Return Policy). You can leave/drop off your return at our Orchard Park store location only after it has been pre-authorized by phone or email. 

All other orders are shipped via USPS.

Orders placed before 2pm EST on Tuesday - Friday will begin processing that day and will ship within 1 – 5 business days pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 2pm EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 1 – 5 business days. (If your order is placed on Friday after 2pm EST, it will begin processing on the following Tuesday) Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

Jack & Gray Kids will contact you via email or by phone if the merchandise you’ve selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

Shipping time is post processing time. Orders shipped to the US via standard shipping (USPS) can take 2 – 9 business days. Orders sent via expedited shipping (USPS Priority) will be delivered with 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind some locations in Alaska + Hawaii require additional transit time.  Additionally, please keep in mind that transit times may be affected by Covid-19 delays and/or increased holiday traffic.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages or packages delayed by USPS.
